You may return an in-stock item for a full refund within fourteen days from the date of an online purchase. Items can be returned for a store credit only within twenty days from the date of purchase. Items purchased from the retail store in Portsmouth, NH can only be returned for store credit. Special order purchases are not returnable. Deposits on layaways or special orders are non-refundable and can only be used as a store credit, and a restocking fee may apply. Any item returned must not be worn, scratched, custom sized or engraved. All original packaging (presentation box, outer carton, and literature) must be included.

ARE DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE?
It never hurts to ask, right? Many retailers will unfairly “mark up” their product so that it can be discounted to the consumer and appear to be a great value. In addition tactics such as bait and swap, and the reselling of seconds and knock off items as genuine designer brands can be all too common in e-commerce based retail sites. Beware of deals that seem too good to be true, a jeweler may be going out of business or just marking product up more to accommodate a discount. Worse yet, you may find that the product you are purchasing is not what you anticipated or authentic. At Chrisrial & Co. we believe that deceptive practices are unfair, of low moral standards, and have no business in legitimate retail establishments. We offer a fair mark-up for our products and services and will do our best to match (or beat) any written competitive price.
We do have loyalty programs and special offerings to reward loyal and returning customers. We’ve even been known to have a legitimate sale twice each year.
